Medics Treat Casualties During MEDEVAC Training

January 24, 2020 – U.S. Army flight medics with Charlie Company, 2-104th General Support Aviation Battalion, 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade provide medical care on simulated casualties in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The casualties were then transported to a medical facility at Fort Indiantown Gap in UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters.

Makeup artists with Field of Screams Lancaster provided a remote simulated disaster site and realistic simulated injuries on 28th ECAB Soldiers, who posed as injured soldiers in the disaster scenario.
