Easy, Health Smoothie

The goal of this video is to encourage an easy, healthy snack that is high in protein and antioxidants to the Veteran population and their families. We hope you enjoy!

Easy, Healthy Smoothie
Prep: 5-10 minutes | Cook: 0 minutes | Total: 10 minutes
Yield: 1 serving | Serving Size: 16 oz

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen banana
½ cup spinach
1.5 cups milk
2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.

Recipe Notes
• Any nut butter or milk of your choice may be used. Nutrition facts based on 2% milk.
• Ice may be added for additional thickness
