The 2021 National Veterans Wheelchair Games wrapped up on Aug. 18 with the final at-home competitors submitting their scores and results. In-person events concluded on Saturday, Aug. 14. The National Veterans Wheelchair Games are co-presented by VA and Paralyzed Veterans of America. This year’s Games were the 40th anniversary of the event.
There were 216 Veterans in NYC who competed in 20 events, including: basketball, 9-ball, field, adaptive fitness, para-badminton, boccia, powerlifting, power soccer, table tennis, motor slalom, softball and more. On to Tempe, Arizona for 2022!
